We were so happy to be together again after missing our February session due to weather concerns. This is a good time to remind everyone we follow Fulton County School's policies regarding school closures so when the weather is bad, be sure to check the Fulton County Website.
In honor Dr. Seuss’s birthday, we began with
“I’m Not Going to Get Up Today” – by Dr. Seuss
One of my favorite things to do is to read in bed so we read another Dr. Seuss book about reading
“I Can Read With My Eyes Shut”
Last month we could not meet due to the weather, but if we had…. We would have read about another thing we should do before bed and that is to brush our teeth. So we read:
Luna & Lionel the Night of the Tooth Fairy Trap by Kimberly Funderburg, Anna Van Horn & Natalie Copeland
Of course we took our break and performed: 5 In The Bed and Teddy Bear
We learned a new poem: "Think About This"
Moose’s Loose Tooth by Jackueline A. Clarke
The Bear’s Toothache by David McPhail
Suggestions to read at home:
Just Going to the Dentist by Mercer Mayer
A Quarter from the Tooth Fairy by Caren Holtzman
